Clean and spacious accommodations

the room was spacious and clean, perfect for our family. we loved the convenient kitchenette and enjoyed the late breakfast hours until 10am. the pool area was clean and almost empty, making it a fun spot for the kids.

could have used firmer pillows for better sleep.

the bathroom door was practically a barn door! with huge gaps letting everyone see in. Also, I found hair stuck in supposedly clean towels, gross! I nearly wrote a positive review but was shocked there was no complimentary gesture for all this.

Check-in and check-out were simple, and I appreciated the friendly front desk staff. Overall, a solid stay, just a few tweaks could make it even better.

The staff was kind and knowledgeable from the moment I walked in until I left. The breakfast was one of the best I've had, huge selection, and they helped us make plates for our kids to enjoy breakfast in bed.
